Do I have to manage the builder?
No. We introduce a quality-graded local builder at a pre-negotiated fixed price, working entirely to our construction documents. If you'd like us to remain hands-on through construction, our optional oversight keeps us managing quality and progress on your behalf — you simply receive the updates.
How are you paid?
You pay one flat design fee. When you choose to build, our network builder pays us a partner fee for the introduction — standard practice in interior design and property. We disclose it openly; it costs you nothing and secures you a vetted builder at a price negotiated in your favour.
Which countries do you work in?
Anywhere we can place a vetted scout and builder — and our network grows with demand. If you own it, tell us where; if we can't serve it well yet, we'll say so plainly rather than compromise the result.
How long does it take?
Design typically spans a few weeks from site capture to a signed-off direction. Build timelines depend on scope and are fixed with your builder before a shovel moves.
